Grilled hot wings

Ingredients
1 package of whole chicken wings, aprox 20.5 cup of Franks RedHot cayanne Pepper sauce (adjust to flavor)
Directions
Skin and cut wing tips offof whole wings. Marinate in aproximately .25 cup of Franks RedHot for at least 1.5 hours. Longer is better, more than 2 hours gains nothing.

Prepare fire in BBQ. sear wings over high heat fro about one minute on each side. enough to mark the chicken. Sprinkle RedHot on up side while searing (both sides). Move to indirect heat, close the grill lid and cook for one hour. remove and eat.
