Figs and PB Balls

Ingredients
400 gr Dried frigs200 ml Orange juice1 1/2 C Old Fashion Dry Oat2 1/2 C Kellog's All Bran Flakes1/2 C Peanut butter2 Tbsp Honey
Directions
In a medium saucepan, heat chopped figs and orange juice over medium heat, stirring often until figs are broken, up and soften - to make a thick paste mixture. Remove from heat and cool. In a large bowl, combine fig mixture, cereal, peanut butter and honey. Form a ball (and roll in the coconut until covered - optional, not in calculation) and place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Chill and store until ready to enjoy!
