Low Carb Turkey Pie

Ingredients
~2lbs 10 oz of ground turkey (a little/more is fine).5 lb (8 oz) mushrooms, chopped.75 onion (small, chopped)2 celery stalks.5 lb (8 oz) Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)4 whole eggs.5 cup heavy cream (whipping cream).5 tsp salt (or to taste).25 tsp pepper (or to taste)
Directions
In a large frying pan, brown the ground turkey, mushroom, onion and celery. DRAIN WELL and place in a greased 8x8" baking dish (or a 10-inch pie dish). Mix in the cheese (you could do this before you put it in the baking pan too). Beat the eggs, cream and salt/pepper in a bowl and pour it evenly over the meat mixture in the baking dish. Bake at 350 for ~45 minutes (until it is solidified in the center and browned well)
