Squash Pudding (squash pie filling, no crust)

Ingredients
One-Pie Squash 15 oz can Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Salt (table), .5 tspGinger, ground, 1 tbspNutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp 2 large eggsMilk, canned, evaporated, 12 oz
Directions
Mix sugar, salt, and spices. Blend well into squash. Beat 2 eggs separately, add milk, stir well and blend into squash mixture. Pour into a 9" pie dish. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees, then 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
