AJ's Pancakes

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp Salt, 1 dash Milk, 2%, 1 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Butter, salted, 3 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and cinnamon. Using a whisk or large fork, mix in the milk and egg until well combined and smooth. Stir in the melted butter.



Heat non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour pancake batter onto hot griddle. When pancake is golden brown, flip to cook other side. Keep warm in oven heated to 275 degrees.
