8 cups rolled oats1.5 cups coconut1 c whole wheat flour2/3 cup sesame seeds1/2 cup whole grain cornmeal1/5 cup flax seeds2 tsp salt1 can crushed pineapple - 100% juice2 medum bananas2 tsp vanilla1/2 brown sugar1/2 cup oil2 cups whole almonds2 cups pecan halves2 cups walnut halves
mix dry ingredients together. Combine bananas with wet ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients mixing until thoroughly mixed. Put on baking sheets about 1/2 inch to 1 inch thick. Then bake on 200 for about 3 hours turning oven down to 170 to finish drying out granola. Make sure to stir every 30 minutes for first 2-3 hours.
