Ingredients
Spirulina, 2 tspMaca Powder, 1tspBee pollen, 1 tsp Vanilla flavored stevia extract (a few drops or to taste)Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz 2% Plain Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cupGinger Root, raw/peeled, 1/4 inchBaby Spinach (raw), 1 cup Bay kale, raw, 1 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 dashChia Seeds, 1 tbsp Hulled hemp seeds, 2 tbsp Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cupStrawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cupTangerine/clementine, 1/2 portionA few ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender on high speed. You may need to stop and scrape the sides to incorporate the ingredients and resume blending.
