Turkey Meat Muffins - first attempt

2 lbs ground turkey12 cloves garlic, peeled and minced1/2 C onion, peeled and diced4 tsp yellow mustard2 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp ground oregano1 tbsp dried rosemary1 tbsp crushed chili pepper flakes1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce1/2 C Kikkoman Panko Bread crumbs3 large fresh white mushrooms, finely chopped1 tbsp tapioca starch3 celery ribs, finely chopped1 tbsp EVOO2 tbsp Kraft Barbecue Sauce Hickory Smoke
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease muffin tins with EVOO. Combine all remaining ingredients except BBQ sauce. Scoop equal amounts into each muffin tin cavity. Put a dollop of BBQ sauce on top of each meat muffin. Bake @ 400F for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
