quinoa pastaalmond milk2% american cheese, shredded or cut smallarrowrootpampeppersalsa con queso
preheat oven to 350. while pasta boils in oven/stovetop dutch oven, gshred or cut into pieces the american cheese. while pasta drains, add pam(spray sides of pot), milk & pepper to pot and simmer til hot. mix arrowroot with some milk or water and stir into hot milk. add cheeses and let melt. add pasta and mix well. bake 30 mins.
