Spinach, tofu and brown rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil.5 block of firm tofu1 bag Fresh Express baby spinach.25 cup chopped onion1 cup brown rice.5 cube Knorr vegetable bouillonsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
saute tofu, spinach and onion together in oil until tofu is brown and spinach is wilted.

Serve over brown rice cooked in vegetable bouillon. Season with salt and pepper.
