Grandma's Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
Crust: 1 1/2 C Flour3/4 Shortening1/2 tsp Salt1/4 C Cold Water(makes 2 single crusts)Filling:4 Cups Rhubarb, chopped1 Cup Sugar2 Tbsp Cornstarch2 Tbsp Flour2 Eggs, large
Directions
Bake *350 for 60 minutes. Cover pie with aluminum foil for first 45 minutes, then uncover to let crust brown for the last 15 minutes.
