Ingredients
Panjeeri / Panjiri plain dry (1 serv = 0.25 cups), 1 serving ghee (1 Tbsp. = 15 ml), 0.25 serving Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Heat ghee. Add panjiri. Quickly add water. Keep stirring till consistent. The flour will soak the water and double in volume.
