    1 Mango
    1/2 C soy milk (plain)
    1/2 C plain yogurt
    2 T honey
    1/4 t cardamom

Directions

Cut up and peel the mango. Put in blender with the rest of the ingredients and puree. Add ice on hot days to make a smoothie with more heft.
