Roasted kale w/sesame seeds

Ingredients
3 handfuls of chopped kale (appx 3 cups, using bag of chopped kale from Trader Joe's)1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp sesame seedsSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Combine kale, olive oil, sesame seeds and s&p to a bowl. Mix to coat kale. Spread on baking sheet. Cook for 15-20 min or until kale is brown and crispy.
