Oil Free Mayonnaise

Ingredients
1.5 cup firm tofu, 0.5 cup soaked raw cashews, 3 T lemon juice 1 tsp yellow mustard, 0.25 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add water if necessary mayonnaise consistency.
