Vegan Biscuit

Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, 1.75 cup Baking Powder, 1 TbspSalt, .5 tsp Silk Soy Yogurt Plain, 1/2 cup (which was about 1 6 oz container)*Canola Oil, .5 cup You can add spices as you desire depending on what meal you are using this with. Example: dry parsley, thyme, oregano - 1 tsp each.Or use flavor yogurt for a breakfast biscuit.
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients.
Blend in yogurt and oil.
Add to dry ingredients and blend gently until mixed.
Form into 10 biscuits.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes
