Slow Cooker Quinoa Chicken Chili

1 lb chicken breast without skin1 cup quinoa rinsed1 can garbanzos1 can crushed tomatoes1 can corn3 cups chicken stock11 tsp garlic poweder2 tsp cumin2 tsp chili powder1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Mix all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on high 4 to 6 hours or on low up to 8 hours. Garnish with cheese and sour creak if desired. Can be served with avocadoes.
