6 oz. tri-color rotini pasta1 C. cucumber, chopped1 C. tomato, chopped.5 C frozen lima beans, thawed.25 C. carrots, cut into rounds1 avocado4 Tbsp. Kraft Sun Dried Tomato Anything Dressing2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
While pasta is cooking as instructed on the package, chop all the vegetables and add them to a large mixing bowl. When the pasta is done strain, and let cool (or run under cold water) for a few minutes. Then add pasta and dressing to the vegetables. Mix until everything is coated. Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mix again to coat.
