Ingredients
2 cups of milk3 large eggs1.5 cups of white flour4 tsp sugar30 grams unsalted Butter
Directions
Mix milk and eggs with electric beater until well blended add flour until you have a smooth dough add sugar if wanted. put 1/3 of Butter into frying pan and pour in dough until you dough is about 1 inch high. Cook over medium heat until pancake is no longer liquid turn over start pulling apart into 1 inch pieces.
Serve with applesauce
