*Boiled Chicken - no skin, 5ozWhite Rice, long grain, cooked, 1.5 cupCarrots, cooked, 1 carrotCelery, cooked, 1 stalkParsnips, .3 parsnip (9" long)Turnips, 1 sliceChicken Broth, .5 cup (8 fl oz)Mushrooms, fresh, 3 mediumSesame Oil, .3 1tspOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Olive Oil, 1 tbspZucchini, 80 grams
Directions
Fry onions and mushrooms, season with salt & pepper. Then add squished boiled vegies and mashed chicken. Finally sprinkle sesame oil.
