Homemade Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
1 box of jiffy pizza crust mix1 4oz can of tomato sauce1 tsp. oregano dried crushed 1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. garlic powder1/2 cup or 4 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven on 425 degrees

In medium size mixing bowl add jiffy crust mix and water following package instructions, mix well and cover and let raise 10 min.

Using Pizza Pan, 12" pan, lightly grease or spray with Pam.

In separate bowl pour in tomato sauce and add garlic powder, onion powder and oregano and mix well.

Remove dough from medium bowl and spread evenly on pizza pan, then add sauce you made to crust, crust should be thin.
Then add 2 1/2 servings of pepperoni, about 35 slices of pepperoni and top with 1/2 cup (4 oz) of mozzarella cheese that is already shredded.

Place in oven and bake til golden brown crust, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and slice in 8-pieces.

Serving Size: Makes 8-10 servings depending on preference when cutting, 1 slice equals 1 serviing
