5 Chicken Legs1/2 Onion3 cloves 1.5 cups Carrots1 cup Celery4 Potatoes1 cup White Rice, uncookedWater to liking
Directions
Boil chicken in water with onion and garlic, add salt to taste. Chop carrots, celery, and potatoes and add to stock once chicken is done. Cook until veggies are to your liking.
