Pineapple-Q Chicken

Ingredients
*Pineapple, canned, 1 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks *Barbecue Sauce, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Brown Sugar, 4 tsp unpacked SaltPepperOnion powderRed Pepper
Directions
makes 8-10 servings

1. Take chicken and place in cooking dish. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add red pepper for a kick .
2. In a sauce pan, add pineapples with juice, any rib sauce you like, and then add the brown sugar. Let the sauce simmer on low heat.
3. After 20 minutes add the sauce on top of the chicken. Let it cook for a good five minutes or so.
4. Eat
