15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed1 egg1/4 cup cooked quinoa1/2 cup tabouli1/2 cup panko bread crumbs1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1 tsp cumin1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp italian herb mix
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mash beans and egg then add in the rest of the ingredients.
Form into 6 patties.
Put onto oiled baking sheet and bake from 15 then flup and bake another 15.
Serving Size: Makes 5 big burgers
