1/2 an avocado1 handful of spinach1/2 a cup of Almond (coconut) milk1 tablespoon of Cacoa Nibs1 tablespoon of hemp seed1 tablespoon of chia seed1 tablespoon of cacoa powder(strawberries are optional to be added)
Directions
place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
