Hot Fudge sauce/dip

2 TBSP of Butter4 TBSP of Fat Free Half and Half6 packets of Swiss Miss Hot cocoa mix with marshmallows (No Sugar Added)
Melt butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
Add the Swiss Miss and the Half and Half; Mix well.
Stir constantly over medium heat until the marshmallows begin to melt.
Turn the heat down to medium low and continue to stir.
When the sauce begins to turn dark and thicken; or starts making large bubbles -- turn the heat down to low.
Continue to stir for 1 more minute. Then remove from the heat and let it cool.
Can be kept in the refrigerator or freezer in an air-tight container.
Serving Size: Makes 16 - 1 Tbsp servings
