Ingredients
Turkey breast meat, 3 oz Asparagus, fresh, 3 spear, small (5" long ) Onions, raw, .25 cup, sliced Zucchini, .50 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, .50 cup, pieces *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Water 2-3 T
Directions
Saute onion in 1 t of oil
Add meat and saute lightly
Add veggies
Cover after adding little water to cook completely
Do not over cook veggies
