Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bran Muffins

Ingredients
4 eggs1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 cups canned pumpkin puree1 cup sugar1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 cup wheat bran2 teaspoons baking soda2 teaspoons baking powder2 teaspoons cinnamon2 teaspoons ground flax seed1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Separately, mix dry ingredients.
Blend two mixes together. Fold in chocolate chips.
Generously fill greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-22 minutes.
