Ingredients
Okra, 454 grams/ 1 lbOlive Oil, 3 tbsp Salt (Low-Sodium)A pinch of garlic powderAny cheese (optional)* not included in calorie count!
Directions
Use fresh or frozen okra, whole or sliced, up to you. Grease the bottom of a pan, spread the okra and roll it around to become oily. Sparkle some salt on top. Bake until it starts becoming golden brown on 400F (about 20-30 min). For cheese lovers, sprinkle cheese on top 5 min. before turning the oven off.
