Caprese Salad

Ingredients
2 Vine Ripened Tomatos (you can also use any variety of heirloom tomato)2 oz. MozzarellaTbs. Olive OilItalian Spices, Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Chop the tomatoes into chunks or slices. Cube the mozzarella. Mix together in bowl and drizzle the olive oil until roughly coated. Add spices to taste. Serve immediately or chill for up to two hours.
