Bob's Red Mill TVP, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 cloves, pressed or mincedBush's Chili Beans - Mild Sauce, 111 g can (B I G can)Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 10 ozOriginal Texas Brand Chili Mix, 4 oz, 1 box
Mix all ingredients into crock pot, turn on to low, let cook for 6-8 hours. Or, cook on High for 3-4 hours.
Top with raw onion, pepper (bell & / or jalapeno), light sour cream, reduced fat shredded cheese. Pour over rice or Frito's. (Not included in calculations.)
