1/4 Cup Flax Meal1 Egg2 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Coconut Oil1 tsp. Maple Syrup or one packet SteviaI am not sure where I found this recipe. Other than changing the Stevia to Maple Syrup, it is not my own recipe.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a coffee cup and cook in microwave for 50 seconds
