Marinated Fresh Herb Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
Roasting Chicken, light meat, 4 servings Basil, 2 tbsp Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, 4 tbsp chopped *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Rosemary, 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp
Directions
Twist and chop fresh herbs and combine with olive oil.
Place cut chicken in plastic bag with herb marinade and let sit in fridge overnight.
Remove from fridge about 90 minutes before dinner and cook for 60 minutes at 350 until browning and fragrant.
