Broccoli Salad with Dressing

Ingredients
1 lb. (about 4 cups) broccoli tops1/4 c. red onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped1 c. slivered carrots2 c. red grapes, whole or cut in half1/2 c. walnuts, choppedDressing:1 c. light mayonnaise1/3 c. red wine vinegar1/4 c. sugar
Directions
1.Wash and chop all vegetable and fruit ingredients. Combine.
2.Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar and sugar in a shaker cup (I use my Tupperware Mixin Shaker).
3.Drizzle dressing over salad as you use it.
Optional: Add fried bacon, crumbled.
Any vegetable of your choice can be added.
Serves 6-8
