Pear with Oatmeal

Ingredients
-1 pear, small- Oatmeal (plain), 4 tbs- Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 tbs (if you like you can toast them in a frying pan with no grease)- Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 0.75 cup - Honey, 1 tbsp (optional)
Directions
Slice the pear. Place the oatmeal in the serving plate. Place the pear in the top of the oatmeal. Place the seeds in the top of the pear. Place the honey in the top of it all (optional). Last, place the milk in the plate. Enjoy your meal! :)
