Brown fried rice w/asparagus and cashews

Ingredients
Grapeseed Oil, 1 tbsp. Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 largeAsparagus, fresh, 1 cup Brown Rice, long grain, .75 cup, cooked and cooled Cayenne or crushed red pepper to tasteSoy Sauce, 1 tbsp.Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, .25 cup, halves and whole
Directions
Sauté egg in Grapeseed oil, move to side of pan, add asparagus and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add brown rice and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Add pepper, soy sauce, and cashews, stir, and serve.
