Honey and Soy baked Chicken thigh

Ingredients
3 T Olive Oil3 T Soy Sauce5 T Honey4 cloves Garlic, minced1/2 t ground ginger1/2 t ground peppersalt to taste3 lbs Chicken Thighs
Directions
preheat oven to 425. Mix the first 6 ingredients in a large plastic zipper bag. Add the chicken to the bag making sure to coat each piece. Place the chicken in a baking dish with the sauce or leave in the bag to marinate in the refrigerator. When ready to cook, bake the chicken and sauce in a 425 oven for 25 minutes with skin side up. Turn the chicken and cook another 15 minutes. Turn the chicken again to skin side up and finish cooking another 10 minutes to crisp the skin. Cook until the internal temp is 165.
