Angie's Whole Wheat blonde brownies

Ingredients
2 1/4 c unsifted flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 c butter, softened3/4 c sugar3/4 c brown sugar, packed2 tsp vanilla extract2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
mix dry ingredients and set aside. Cream together butter and sugar and brown sugar at medium speed. Add vanilla, eggs, mix together. Slowly blend in dry mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
