Veggie "cheesesteak" sub sandwiches

Ingredients
Portabello Mushrooms, 250 grams cut into stripsSweet red peppers, 1/2 pepper, cut into stripsYellow Peppers, 1/2 pepper, cut into stripsZucchini, 2 cup, sliced Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedWorcestershire Sauce, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tspTomato Paste, 2 tbsp
Directions
Spray a pan with nonstick spray and put the veggies in to cook. When they are softened, add the garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and salt and pepper to taste. Also add a small amount of water to loosen the mixture if it is too thick. Sprinkle part-skim mozzarella cheese (not in nutrition)over the top of the veggies to melt. Divide and spoon the mixture into four wholewheat sub rolls (not in nutrition) and enjoy.
