Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen berries1/2 cup skim milk1/2 of a banana1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
Directions
1 smoothie:
Add berris and milk to a blender. Blend until berries are no longer chunky. Add the banana and yogurt and blend until smooth.
