Ingredients: Dates, 56 grams (remove) Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove) *Besan (Gram flour), 0.5 cup (remove) Almond Meal, .5 cup (remove) Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove) Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove) Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove) Salt, .25 tsp (remove) Pumpkin, cooked, .33 cup, mashed (remove) Maple Syrup, .5 cup (remove) Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) *Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, .5 cup (remove)
soak dates in hot water.
mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk
mix all wet ingredients including dates in a food processor, mix until smooth.
add dry ingredients and process until smooth
put in 8 X 8 pan lined with parchment paper
bake at 350 for 30 minutes
