Turkey Taco Skillet

1 lb ground turkey1 pkg low salt taco seasoning mix2 cups water1 jar (16 oz) thick and chunky salsa1 can (11-oz) Mexican-style corn2 cups instant brown rice1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese2 cups shredded lettuc1 large tomato, chopped1/2 c reduced fat sour creamserve with baked tortilla chips
Cook turkey in large nonstick skiller over high heat, stirring to break up meat, 5 minutes or until browned. Stir in seasoning mix, water, salsa, and corn; bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat; let stand 12 to 15 minutes, until liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 1 to 2 minutes to melt cheese.
On plates, top rice mixture with lettuce, tomato and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
