Ingredients
Shredded cheddar cheese3 eggs + 1.25 c egg whitesTurkey breakfast sausage, cookedRosemaryThymeSalt
Directions
Grease an 8x8 pan. Evenly spread a layer of cheese and a layer of meat on the bottom of the dish. Beat eggs, egg whites and spices (with a splash of milk, if desired) in a separate bowl, then pour over cheese and meat till covered. Bake in 350� oven for 30-40 min.
