PROTEIN CHEESECAKE - EASY!!

Ingredients
250g Quark33g Whey 1 whole egg1 egg white24g coconut flour or ground almonds40g ground almonds
Directions
Add the 40g ground almonds on the bottom of a springform tin (I used a 6 inch one) and flatten them with a spoon.

Then, blend the quark with the whey, eggs, and coconut flour/24g of ground almonds until you get a smooth batter. Add some sweetener if you want it sweeter. Once blended, pour it all on top of the ground almond base.

Bake at 170 C (332 F) for about 30 minutes.
