Ingredients
750g Lean Beef Mince2 Red Onions1 Red Pepper1 Green Pepper4 tsp Curry Powder2 tsp Vegetable stock powder/boullion500g Passata1 Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
Directions
Preheat a non stick pan, dry fry mince and drain.
Add Onion,Pepper and Garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
Add Stock and Curry Powder and cook for 5 more minutes
Add Passata and Tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes
