Quick and Easy Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Ground BeefI 10oz can cream of mushroom soup1 cup 2% milk1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables1 small package, about 4 cups, diced hash brownsgarlic, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray a large skillet with cooking oil. Fry your onions and beef, season with garlic, salt and pepper. When the beef is brown stir in the milk and soup. Mix well. Stir in the mixed vegetables.
Pour into a baking pan sprayed with cooking oil. Sprinkle the hash browns on top. Bake in a 350 oven for about 20 - 25 minutes, until the hash browns are a golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
