Ingredients
Directions
3 Tilapia Fillets2 small oranges (peeled and smushed in a food processor)a pinch of Black Pepper and Salta pinch of Garlic PowderEquipment:Food ProcessorKnife or other item to peel orangesAn oven safe dish (I like glass)Aluminum Foil (line the pan for easy clean up)
Line the baking pan with foil and give the foil a few spritzes of cooking oils (Pam's or some such)
Put the fish in the pan. It is ok if they overlap a little but don't stack them.
Sprinkle the fish with salt (if desired), pepper and garlic (go easy you can always add more at the table).
Process up the oranges and pour over the fish.
If desired you can let cover it in foil and tuck it in the fridge all day to get extra flavor.
Heat the over to 400F.
Cook fish COMPLETELY, so about 40 mins. Might be less, it might be more, so check it now and then.
Enjoy it warm with veggies and rice or cold and flaked into a salad!
Serving Size: makes 3 fillets
