Grilled Potato and Onions

Ingredients
4 small potatoes, diced.5 large onion, sliced1 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Dice the potatoes and slice the onions. Toss in a small bowl with olive oil. Grill in a non-stick outdoor grill pan over a medium flame until potatoes are fork tender and onions are done to taste.
