French Vanilla Blondies

1 box vanilla cake mix1 egg1/4 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup skim milk1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Mix first four ingredients until smooth, add chocolate chips.
Bake in aluminum foil lined pan for 30 minutes at 350F
