Curry Chickpea and Califlower

Ingredients
2 cans chick peas ( or one can chickpeas, one can mixed beans)1 can crushed tomatoes1 large onion2cups carrots cut up4 cups frozen or fresh cauliflower1/3 cup indian paste3 cloves garlic crushed2 tsp cumin seed
Directions
Fry up onions, and curry paste with carrots add cauliflower and potatoes, then tomatoes and put in slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high
